Refund Policy

At NowRelated.com, we sell digital products only. Due to the nature of digital content—once access is granted, it cannot be “returned”—we enforce a strict no-refund policy, with specific exceptions outlined below.

All Sales Are Final
Once a digital product has been purchased and the download or access link has been delivered, the sale is non-refundable and non-reversible, except under the limited circumstances described in Section 2.

Exceptions
Refunds or replacements may be issued at our sole discretion in the following cases:
- Duplicate Purchase: If you accidentally purchased the same item more than once, we will refund the duplicate transaction(s) after verification.
- Corrupt or Inaccessible Files: If the product you received is corrupted, incomplete, or cannot be accessed due to a technical issue on our end, and we are unable to resolve it within 3 business days, you may be eligible for a refund or replacement.
- Incorrect Product Delivery: If you receive a product different from what was advertised or purchased, and we confirm the error, a refund or corrected version will be provided.

Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds will not be issued for:
- Change of mind after purchase
- Incompatibility with your software, platform, or device
- Failure to read the product description or system requirements
- Download link expiration due to user inaction
- Claims made after 7 days from the purchase date

Processing Time
Approved refunds will be processed within 5–10 business days to the original payment method. Timing may vary depending on your payment provider.

Right to Refuse Refunds
We reserve the right to deny refund requests that we determine to be abusive, fraudulent, or made in bad faith. Repeated refund requests from the same user may result in account termination.
